Well some more photos from my recent travels around Townsville. All from the ranges North and west of the city. Some very beautiful spots arund here as you may notice. Hope the Photos do it the justice it deserves. Keep coming back.

A little wild flower in the Paluma Range National Park.

A pretty cascade in the Paluma Range National Park.

I love these big root systems but apparently noone knows the real reason why the trees get them. Some people say so hold leaf litter and moisture for nutrients and some people say for stability and other people say other things. Do you now?

An uprooted tree in the rainforest near Paluma in the Paluma Range National Park.

Bridge built by manual labour in the great depression, was completed in 1932 and the road was opened to traffic in 1937. The waterfall is on Little Crystal Creek in the ranges to the north of Townsville. Very awesome place to visit!

The bridge over Little Crystal Creek in the ranges to the north or Townsville.

Some rocks on the beach.

Some shells washed up on the beach.

A little bird in a tree on Harveys Range near Townsville.

A pretty bird. noone has bought me a book yet tho so I cant tell you what it is.
